The accommodation is 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower), one bedroom with 2 single beds, and one bunk room. Sleeping 8 comfortably, there is in addition a family bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The kitchen/dining room (with Aga) is very large, with a separate utility room, and a cosy sitting room with a log burner. Outside there is plenty of parking and a large attractive garden with the Penberth stream on one boundary and large flat lawn areas, ideal for children’s games. There are views of the cliffs on either side of Penberth Cove, and of the sea, from the garden and there is a secluded patio and part covered area, with barbecue, which is a real sun trap for evening al fresco dining area outside the kitchen. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful walk down to the Cove or stroll up the Penberth valley in the evening, when the day is done.
